Who: All next gen participants — PreK through young adults
What: A relaxed evening of worship, games, food, and fellowship

Where: Discovery Community Church Main Worship Center
Schedule:
30 minutes of worship for youth and young adults while kids enjoy supervised games
Taco bar dinner and ice cream for everyone
More games and free time to hang out, relax, and connect

This is a low‑key, less structured evening intended to celebrate the end of a busy school year and give families and students a chance to unwind together.
The event is free for all participants.

Join us for an elegant afternoon of fellowship, light refreshments, and uplifting conversation. The Ladies Tea is a relaxed opportunity to connect with women of all ages from our church community. Join us for a Discovery Ventures hike at Watson Lake (Prescott)!

Music Night Auditions

Baby Dedication Sunday
Having your baby or child dedicated at church is a meaningful way to acknowledge God’s gift of life and to commit, as parents and a community, to raise your child in faith. A dedication service is a simple, joyful gathering where pastors and family pray over your child, celebrate the new life, and publicly affirm promises to nurture spiritual growth, love, and moral guidance. It’s not a sacrament but a commitment—an invitation for the church family to walk alongside you, offering support, encouragement, and prayer. Water Baptism Sunday
Here at Discovery Community Church we believe Baptism is a meaningful step of faith. It is a public declaration of your decision to follow Jesus. It represents new life, forgiveness, and a fresh beginning, symbolizing being washed clean and raised into a life centered on God’s love and purpose. Whether you’re new to faith or ready to take your next step, baptism is a powerful way to share your commitment, celebrate what God is doing in your life, and join the church community in walking this journey together. LADIES COFFEE TALK

House of Refuge Diaper Drive
Discovery we need your help to help others. We are starting a Diaper Donation Drive with all of our donations going to House of Refuge. House of Refuge is an organization that helps provide safe transitional housing for families that are experiencing homelessness. We will be taking donations at the office starting August 31st and ending September 14th. The donations are going to be used for “Diaper Needs Awareness Week” Sept. 15-21st. Larger sizes (3T - 5T) and baby wipes needed! Thank you in advance for your donations!
DCC Workday
Join us for DCC workday on August 24th right after service. We encourage you to come volunteer and help us with the list of needs the church needs done. Pizza will be provided for all volunteers, hope to see you there!
Groups Kickoff Potluck
